Being organic means Barambah do things the natural way. They don’t use pesticides, chemicals, artificial growth hormones or anything that’s been genetically modified.
Unlike conventional dairy farms, they don’t keep our cows in crowded sheds, feed them artificial additives, or inject unnatural growth hormones.
Instead, Barambah cows spend their days in the sunshine munching on nutrient-rich, green grass. And, as their grass is so good, there’s no need to spray it with harmful artificial fertilisers, herbicides or chemical pesticides.
It’s how farming is supposed to be – doing what’s right for the animals, the soil, the wildlife and our local communities.
